Board members also serve as representatives to other Town committees as follows:
Agricultural Commission – Vacant. The commission usually meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Click Here to take you to their website.
Conservation Commission – Rob Sullivan. The commission usually meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Click Here to take you to their website.
Energy Committee – Paul Rasmussen. The committee usually meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Click Here to take you to their website.
Historic District Commission – Sally Tobias. The commission usually meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm. Click Here to take you to their website.
Integrated Waste Management Advisory Committee – Paul Rasmussen. The committee usually meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 8:00 am. Click Here to take you to their website.
Minor Site Committee – Rob Sullivan. The minor site committee meets infrequently, only when there is a minor site application. The time would be variable.
Technical Review Group – Rob Sullivan. The committee meets on Tuesdays at 10:00 am the week prior to a Planning Board meeting when there is a project to review. The committee meets only a handful of times each year. The committee is composed of staff members and a representative of the board. We meet with project applicants to discuss their projects and offer comments. No votes are taken by the committee.
Traffic Safety Committee – Peyton McManus. The committee, composed mostly of staff members, meets only when there is business to discuss, several times each year, usually on a Thursday morning at 9:00 am. Their purpose is to advise the Town Administrator on various issues related to roads and traffic.
