Planning Board Application Forms

Application forms and all required information must be filed at least 21 calendar days before the date of the meeting at which it is to be submitted to the Board (except for certain applications).  Please see Meeting Dates and Deadlines for specific information.  Check with the Town Planner with any questions about the deadlines and application process.

Filing of applications is to be done at the Planning Office, Durham Town Office Building or by mail to 8 Newmarket Road, Durham NH 03824.

DO NOT WIRE MONEY!  There is a SCAM circulating seeking payment from applicants in order to receive final approval of their projects.   

You may receive a fraudulent email claiming to be from Michael Behrendt or someone else at the Town Hall.  The only fees for projects are shown under Fee Schedule on the right (and any others that we inform you about directly). If an email looks suspicious then it should be considered scam.  Questions: tcutler@ci.durham.nh.us or 603-868-8064.
