Transfer Station and Recycling Center (Capped Landfill) located at 100 Durham Point Road. From the lights at junction of Route 108 & Main Street, take Route 108 south lass than a 1/2 mile, turn left onto Durham Point Road. Follow this road about 1 mile; solid waste facility is on the right. Facilty includes; Transfer Station, Recycling Center and Swap Shop. It abuts town-owned Horsehide Creek parcel; connects to other conservation areas along Longmarsh Road, with a large forested area including a portion of Horsehide Creek headwaters.
