The Supervisors are sending notice letters to these voters at the address the voter provided when registering.
The Supervisors of the Checklist for the Town of Durham will hold a session to determine which voters will be sent a letter on:
Date: Monday, April 26
Time: 2:00 – 3:00 PM
Location: Durham Town Hall, 8 Newmarket Rd, Durham, NH
Two more sessions will be held to accept applications for re-registering voters who have received a letter on:
Dates: Thursday, July 22
Monday, August 9
Time: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Location: Durham Town hall, 8 Newmarket Rd, Durham, NH
The Supervisors will also be accepting applications for new voter registration, requests for the correction of the checklist, and/or change of political party affiliation at these times. Voters may check party affiliation on-line:
https:/ app.sos.nh.gov/Public/PollingPlaceSearch.aspx
Applicants for registration or re-registration should bring with them proofs of identity, age, citizenship, and domicile. Affidavits may be signed under oath if proofs are lacking.
Registration and re-registration may also be done with the Town Clerk during regular office hours up until August 9.
