- Site Walk – 10 Cowell Drive. The purpose of the site walk is to evaluate the proposed rezoning of 10 Cowell Drive, Map 108, Lot 27 from Residence A District to Church Hill District. Jeff Berlin/Berlin Properties, property owner.
