Dunkin Donuts – Free Standing Sign. 3 Dover Road. Proposed free standing sign in front of the Dunkin Donuts now under construction. The Site Plan Regulations provide that signage be presented to the Planning Board for nonbinding comments. The applicant is also applying for a variance to allow for a free standing sign which is not permitted in the Courthouse District.
