2022 Meeting Dates and Deadlines

The Durham Planning Board customarily meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, except as otherwise posted.  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Council Chambers of the Durham Town Hall located at 8 Newmarket Road in Durham.  Any information to be included in the Planning Board packet must be submitted  by noon on the day that the packet is mailed to the Planning Board (This refers to supplemental information not to applications).

Michael Behrendt, Town Planner, attends Planning Board meetings and provides professional guidance and staff support to the board.
