Planning Board Application Forms
Application forms and all required information must be filed at least 21 calendar days before the date of the meeting at which it is to be submitted to the Board (except for certain applications). Please see Meeting Dates and Deadlines for specific information. Check with the Town Planner with any questions about the deadlines and application process.
Filing of applications is to be done at the Planning Office, Durham Town Office Building or by mail to 8 Newmarket Road, Durham NH 03824.
*PLEASE NOTE. There is a scam circulating seeking payment from applicants in order to receive final approval of their projects. You may receive a fraudulent email claiming to be from Michael Behrendt or from somebody else in Town Hall. The only fees involved for projects are shown under Fee Schedule on the right (and any other ones that we inform you about directly). There are no additional surprise fees that we have not informed you about. All payments are made to Tracey Cutler, Administrative Assistant, by check made out to “Town of Durham” and are delivered directly to Tracey in the Planning Office. If any email or message claiming to be from me or anybody else in Town Hall seems suspicious then it probably is from a scammer.
