VII.    Diyablo Signs.  1 Madbury Road.  Application for approval of four signs – 1 hanging and 3 portable/sandwich board signs - for Diyablo Hair and Body Spa.  Tina Lee and Christian Nash, applicant.  Mark Henderson, property owner.  Map 4, Lot 1.

VIII.   Wagon Hill barn.  Discussion of design for new barn at Wagon Hill Farm.  (HC)

IX.     Smith Chapel and Durham Cemetery.  Discussion about ivy growing on Smith Chapel and the cemetery wall.  Both properties are owned by the Town of Durham.  Smith Chapel - 45 Mill Pond Road; Map 6, Lot 14.  Durham Cemetery – Main Street (just west of Technology Drive); Map 9, Lot 24. (HC)

HDC/HC.  HDC stands for Historic District Commission.  HC stands for Heritage Commission.  The commission is one body with two roles.  The HDC reviews applications in the Historic District.  The Heritage Commission’s broader role is to promote historic preservation throughout Durham.
