V.         30 Main Street - Signage.  Application to add four business signs to 30 Main Street – wall signs in front of the building for The Juicery and The Soupery, a wall sign on the side of the building for The Juicery, and a projecting sign for The Juicery.  Mark Henderson, property owner. Signs by Portsmouth Sign Company.  Map 4, Lot 1-0.

 VI.       Applied Geosolutions – 15 Newmarket Road.  Application for renovation of the old Town Hall building at 15 Newmarket Road.  The project involves renovating the building and constructing a new second-floor addition over the former Town Council Chambers in the rear.  William and Carrie Salas/THMB, LLC, business and property owners.  Cowan and Goudreau, architect.  Faylor Construction, c/o Tim Faylor, contractor.  Map 5, Lot 4-10. (The applicant has requested that this item be postponed until January 7, 2016.)

 VII.      Historic District Ordinance –Amendments.  Discussion of numerous proposed amendments to Article XVII –Durham Historic District Overlay District.

 VIII.     Certificates of Appreciation. Discussion of proposed certificate of appreciation for owners of historic properties.
