Thursday Morning Yoga!

Sarah is a wonderful, down-to-earth instructor who welcomes folks of all ages and abilities.  Our Monday morning class is very convenient!

What to expect:

Yoga is a series of physical poses which promote good posture, alleviate health problems, reduce stress, and make the spine supple.  Yoga is often used as both an exercise and a form of physical therapy.

Cost is $40/ 8 sessions OR $10 drop in.
