Zoning Board of Adjustment Applications

ATTENTION DO NOT WIRE MONEY!  There is a SCAM circulating seeking payment from applicants in order to receive final approval of their projects.  You may receive a fraudulent email claiming to be from Audrey Cline or someone else at the Town Hall.  The only fees for projects are shown under Fee Schedule on the right (and any others that we inform you about directly). If an email looks suspicious then it should be considered a scam.  Questions: tcutler@ci.durham.nh.us or 603-868-8064.

Applications for ZBA are also available at the Town Office. The application must be filed at the Town Office at least 20 days prior to a meeting, along with an application fee, a fee for a legal ad in Foster's Daily Democrat and a fee for legal notices sent, by certified mail, to abutters.
