Torrington Properties were before the ZBA on April 14 and were approved for the conversion of 31 Main Street from commerical to residential.  Now they are before the ZBA with a variance application from Section 175.42 (C)(8) to allow a single-family dwelling with 5 bedrooms instead of a 2 bedroom dwelling.  This property is located at Map 108 Lot 14.
