Vi. 26 Newmarket Road – Preliminary Application. Preliminary application to demolish existing garage, build a new garage with an accessory dwelling unit connected to the house, build a fence, and remove two trees. Scott and Karen Letourneau, property owners. Map 6, Lot 9-5. HDC
VII. Historic District Ordinance Amendments. Discussion about issues raised by the Planning Board in consideration of amendments to the Historic District Ordinance proposed by the HDC. HDC
VIII. Wagon Hill Farm Signage. Discussion about adding one or more signs at Wagon Hill Farm now that the property is listed on the New Hampshire Register of Historic Places. HC

HDC/HC. HDC stands for Historic District Commission. HC stands for Heritage Commission. The commission is one body with two roles. The HDC reviews applications in the Historic District. The Heritage Commission’s broader role is to promote historic preservation throughout Durham.
