VII. 8 Newmarket Road (Town Hall) – Generator Screening. Screening of the 80 KW emergency generator/gear switching cabinet with fencing and landscaping. Town of Durham, property owner. Yates Electrical, Contractor. Map 5, Lot 2-7. HDC
VIII. Wagon Hill Farm Accessible Ramp. Discussion with Mike Lynch, Public Works Director, of proposed design for an accessible ramp at Wagon Hill Farm. HC
IX. 26 Newmarket Road – Proposed Changes to Building. Application for changes to two windows, changes to the posts and newel posts on the front porch, and installation of three vents. Amber and Timothy Roy & Ray and Robin Turner, property owners. Map 6, Lot 9-5. HDC

HDC/HC. HDC stands for Historic District Commission. HC stands for Heritage Commission. The commission is one body with two roles. The HDC reviews applications in the Historic District. The Heritage Commission’s broader role is to promote historic preservation throughout Durham.
