Please provide a brief paragraph explaining your interest in being elected to the position for which you are running.
I have been privileged to serve the Town helping oversee running the Durham elections for the past 22 years and am running to continue my service to our Town. Durham elections provide a varied experience, from the Town elections every Spring to the massive turnout for the presidential general elections. I have been proud to work with a team of committed town and elections officials and the many volunteers, all of whom have made the voting process work so that the handling of Durham elections is recognized and respected by other election officials in this State.
