TRAFFIC/CONSTRUCTION ADVISORY – Madbury Road between Hampshire Avenue and Lundy Lane
Please be advised that a road closure is planned starting July 1st, 2026, on Madbury Road between Hampshire Avenue and Lundy Lane. Northbound and southbound traffic (including to/from Emerson Road) will be detoured via Hampshire Avenue and Lundy Lane for approximately 3 weeks.
Access to driveways and residences within the detour area will be available for local traffic only.
This temporary road closure is associated with the Madbury Road Complete Streets Phase 4B corridor improvement project and is necessary to accommodate construction on the stretch of Madbury Road between Emerson Road and Route 4.
