INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Durham invites proposals from qualified contractors for snow and ice removal services from Town parking lots and facilities for the winter season of 2025-2026.
Request for Proposal 2025-02 is available at Durham Public Works, 100 Stone Quarry Drive, Durham, NH, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM or online at https://www.ci.durham.nh.us/rfps.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “RFP 2025-02 Snow Plowing and Removal – Parking Lots,” by Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 26th, 2025 at 1:00 PM to review the scope of work. This will be held at Durham Public Works, 100 Stone Quarry Drive Road, Durham, NH 03824. Aerial imagery on a large screen will be used to highlight the scope of work at each location.
