VII.  Baker’s Corner – Two Sandwich Board signs1 Madbury Road.  Application for sandwich board signs for bakery.  Troy Brissard, proprietor.  Henderson Properties, property owner.  Map 4, Lot 1.  HDC

VIII.  Nancy Page Gravestone.  This gravestone and the nearby burial site is located near the path of UNH’s planned sidewalk project along the south side of Main Street.  The sidewalk will extend from the Fieldhouse to the roundabout.  HC

A.     Summary of archaeological study findings and terms of permit issued by the Division of Historical Resources.  Jesse Cofelice, Principal Investigator, Independent Archaeological Consulting (IAC)

B.     Presentation of proposed marker relocation plan and design and request for comments from the commission. Steve Pesci, Special Projects Director, And Doug Bencks, Campus Architect, UNH Campus Planning. 

IX.  St. George’s Episcopal Church sign.  One Park Court.  Application for freestanding sign to be placed on Park Court in front of the church.  Presented by Michael Bradley, Rector of St. George’s Church.  Map 4, Lot 54-2.  HDC

X.  Ordinance Amendments.  Review of proposed ordinance amendments regarding application process, preliminary review, and other elements.  HDC

XI.  2020 HDC Schedule.

XII.  Election of a new HDC chair.  Election to replace chair who is relocating.

HDC/HC.  HDC stands for Historic District Commission.  HC stands for Heritage Commission.  The commission is one body with two roles.  The HDC reviews applications in the Historic District.  The Heritage Commission’s broader role is to promote historic preservation throughout Durham.
