NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS - Town Council

At its meeting on Monday, July 21, 2014, beginning at 7:00 PM,  the Town Council will hold three (3) public hearings on the following matters:

Ordinance #2014-10 of the Durham Town Code to limit parking on Mill Pond Road and Schoolhouse Lane to two (2)  hours Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except by permit only, excluding holidays and weekends. A Resolution authorizing the acceptance of Emergency Management Services ventilator equipment valued at $13,980.00 from the 2008 U.S. Homeland Security and awarded to the Town of Durham Fire Department by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. Questions regarding the proposed resolution should be addressed to Fire Chief Corey Landry, 603-868-5531 or email at clandry@ci.durham.nh.us

A request from Richard and Susan Renner of 28 Newmarket Road for Restoration of Involuntarily Merged Lots in accordance with Revised Statutes Annotated (RSA) 674:39-aa for two lots on their property (Tax Map 6, Lot 9-6).
