Hello Michael -

	As a member pf the Founders Club for River Woods Durham, I could be accused of being biased 
in favor of the project.  But I would like to add my voice to the others who will be speaking out for this 
project planned for construction on Stone Quarry Drive.  I believe this project will bring a community of 
caring and thoughtful people to our community, will bring an increase to the economy base of Durham, 
and, at the same time, will add little to the costs of running our town.  The building will be set back from 
the road and thus will not greatly impact the visual appeal of open space for those entering town from 
Dover.
