Subject: RiverWoods proposed CCRC in Durham

Dear Michael,
      I am writing to express my strong support for the RiverWoods Durham proposal.  As 
a resident of Durham, I am delighted that RiverWoods is working to build a campus in 
Durham.  They have a well-deserved reputation for providing outstanding CCRC 
facilities.  I have toured the Exeter campus and been impressed with all aspects of their 
operation.  However, I didn't want to leave Durham where I've established a new life for 
myself in retirement.  There are many others like me who feel a CCRC is a gift both to 
themselves and to their children, but who want to remain in their home community.  The 
RiverWoods Durham CCRC will be an asset to the Durham community as well.
