Dear Michael Behrendt,

This is just a brief note letting you know that I hope the Durham Planning Board will look favorably on 
the RivereWood Durham's proposal to build a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with the 
town of Durham.

I graduated from UNH with a Master's degree, and am currently a UNH employee for 37 years now.  My 
spouse Faith has also graduated from UNH and worked for UNH for a time.  We are very interested in 
the possibility of being able to retire in Durham and continue our association with both the university 
and the town.  I believe having a CCRC within Durham would be a real asset for the Durham community, 
with many benefits for both the current residents of Durham, and UNH.  I also believe that the residents 
of RiverWoods Durham would greatly benefit as well.
