Hello Michael,

I am writing to express my strong support for the Town Council proposed zoning amendment to restrict 
any further student housing projects in the downtown area.

The word "balance" comes to mind.  We have seen in recent year, many developments of student 
housing and are currently dealing with yet another one in the Mill Road plaza.  I urge the Planning Board 
to pass the amendment that could encourage possible projects for elderly housing to provide some 
needed balance for the downtown area.
