Dear Karen Edwards,
       I cannot attend the meeting tomorrow but wish to speak in 
favor of the ordinance which increases the habitable space per 
occupant of an apartment (and townhouse?) to 600 square feet. 
This would help to develop the shopping center into a real New 
England common where students and locals, old and young, 
residents and visitors could interact and get to know each other--
as well as shop.
      Please communicate this to the Planning Board. Thank you 
very much.
