The back lot should NOT be residential only, as it would be a great addition to this community's future for other public/private uses. Keep its uses flexible. If the front lot needs to be protected from traffic on either the road down to Mill Pond Center buildings or on Rte. 108, buffering in the form of landscaping or sensitive design should be required. This one lot should not so influence it's adjacent properties. This town needs renewed attention to its landscaping ordinance-- as uses of abutting properties change in ways that were never imagined previously.... not changing the " zoning " for special cases. This preferential treatment is an abuse of real zoning. Thank you for giving my views your attention. Heidi Ely 177 Durham Point Road. Durham, NH
