The Conservation Commission recommends approval of the conditional use to 
cross the wetland for the 4-lot subdivision with the conditions as specified 
below.  I will have more information in my Planner’s Recommendation.

Subject: Edgewood ext Conditional Use Permit

Peter and Michael, 
Here is the Conservation Commission's decision on Jack Farrell's CUP.  He will have to come 
before us when he applies to DES for a wetland permit, so the other conditions would have to be 
met for him to get that permit.  We agree that this is the best place for the driveway.   We would 
also hope that every effort would be made to save any large trees on the property.

Otho Wells MOVED to have the Commission and the Chair approve the Conditional Use 
Permit’s condition #1 (location) and reserve the opportunity to further comment on the 
Conditional Use Permit conditions two, three and four until after review of the wetland permit; 
this was SECONDED by Kathy Bubar and APPROVED unanimously. 
 
Let me know if you need anything else-I will be back in Durham on the 23rd.
