Robin will get them to you, Michael, tomorrow. Also, Ann Welsh will send you a letter with some concerns/proposals from the Conservation Commission and those need to get to the Board as soon as you receive them and you might receive something from John Parry as well which will need to go out. At the meeting on January 28, the Board takes time to discuss and make any necessary changes and then schedules a public hearing for the next meeting. After the public hearing the Board either adopts the regulations as amended or, if a great deal of information is received from the public, the changes are made and sent to the Board so that the regs can be adopted at the second meeting in February, AT THE LATEST. If we don't act on these changes soon, there will be little reason to do anything because the big developments that are of concern to the town will have already been submitted and will not have to comply with the new regs. Granted, we can place a lot of conditions on the developers, but the process will be a lot cleaner, have a lot more weight and be more transparent if the new regs are in place. Let me know what you think and thanks. Kathy
