From: Michael Behrendt Sent: Monday, January 26, 2015 3:40 PM Subject: Site regs Part II - email from A. Welsh To the PB (and DCC and TRG), Ann Welsh offers suggestions for the new Site Plan Regulations. These items would probably best go into Part II in the section of items to be included with the application. The physical copies of the site plan are the portions of the application most used by the Conservation Commission. We would like to see them include the following details: -Clear demarcation of erosion control structures, and specifics on what will be used (silt fence, sock, etc) -Where staging for construction will be, and where materials will be stored -Trees to be saved and where the buffers to protect them will be placed -Total area of disturbed soil on the site -Specifics on landscaping - types and sizes of trees, plants -Stormwater controls, and how de-watering of the site will be handled during construction. Short and sweet. Best, Ann Welsh Chair, Conservation Commission "Taxes are the price we pay for a civilized society" Republican Oliver Wendell Holmes
