We both seem to be in agreement on the visual buffering that will be part of this project. The town had asked me back in 2009 to get in touch with the previous owner Stan Pasay and agree to this buffering. A letter was actually written and sent to the town describing what we had discussed. I believe the area was going to be about 200’ long with 6’ to 7’ trees. I would recommend Green Giant Arborvitae, Norway Spruce, Colorado Blue Spruce or something like that which is less susceptible to damage by deer. We also discussed concerns on exterior lighting and any exterior activity area. Hopefully the lighting can be held to a safe minimum and an activity area excluded to eliminate partying noise and loud music.
