Subject: The Lodges

Hi Micheal - I can't make it to the Planning Board Meeting tonight, but wanted to 
comment on the Conditional Use permit at the Lodges to approve the landscaping 
plan (the latest one with the volleyball court moved to allow for some decent size 
trees to grow) and permission to add 26 beds (in existing rooms).   I know the PB 
will need to weigh the trade off here, but I hope they will give strong consideration 
to increase landscaping and tree cover in that neighborhood. This plan was well 
thought out (given the space limitations involved), and will provide aesthetic and 
environmental benefits to the entire community.  If I can provide any further help
