As a long time town resident it is my feeling that the town has missed numerous opportunities to develop the Durham 
Business Park.  As you know, many years ago the town settled with a local developer to purchase that property due 
to odors emanating from the Wastewater Treatment Facility.

I fully support the application for an eldercare facility on this site and trust the town will abide by the current Durham 
Business Park Design Guidelines.

The NH Small Business Development Center leases an office from Chinburg Property Managers in Dover. They are 
responsible managers of historic buildings as well as developers who work with many stakeholders to develop 
projects that have pride and appeal.
