I object strenuously to any additional numbers of bedrooms in the community out there and in any 
reduction in the parking spaces. As it is, the whole project is conditional use, and enough latitude (too 
much latitude) has already been granted the developer, who is already set to make a sufficiently 
enormous profit on the tremendous and aggressive impact the project has already made to what was 
once (and was forever hoped to be by so many of us) a rural gateway and vista for the delight of Durham 
generations now and to come.
