I believe this can be accomplished on top of the wall by turning the parking spaces parallel to the berm. If Peak will agree to doing this I support the planning board approving the additional beds. This would add an $2,00,000 to Durham's tax base and preserve the pastoral vista.To not preserve the vista and increase the tax base would be a missed opportunity.
