Hello Todd, 

I hope this finds you well. I would like to take this opportunity to comment on the beauty of the 
New Town Hall and how well it blends in with the Historic District. 

Because I am unable to attend this evenings meeting on the demolition of the existing town hall I 
am writing to express that I would not be in favor of anything that would detract from the integrity 
of the Historic District that surrounds Three Chimneys Inn. 
Many of the Inn’s overnight guests come because of the History of the Inn and the Historic 
District. 

Whatever the fate of the existing town hall structure may be I urge the HDC and Town Council to 
give careful consideration of the land where the current town hall sits.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would pass this along to the HDC and Town Council members.
