Lin Lin is a wonderful instructor who has taught and trained all across the country!  Evidence-based studies have linked Tai Chi- Moving for Better Balance with helping Parkinson's patients.

What to expect:

Tai Ji Quan - Moving for Better Balance, developed by Oregon Research Institute. It is an evidence-based balance training and fall prevention program for older adults and individuals with balance impairment, proven successful in clinical trials.  The program combines traditional Tai Ji Quan movements with therapeutic and functional exercise. 

Tai Ji Quan - Moving for Better Balance is recommended by the American Geriatric Society, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Administration on Aging as an effective falls prevention program.

Cost is $100/ 8 sessions ($80/ each for couples from same household) THIS CLASS MEETS TWICE/ WEEK (TUE & THR)
