Come join us for an invigorating Strength & Stretch class today!

Instructor: Kathy

Kathy has a ton of experience teaching: Pilates, Bootcamp, Strength & Stretch, and Zumba.  She brings positive energy and knowledge to every class.  We are lucky to have her on our instructor team!

What to expect:

"A total body strength training class that will hit all of the major muscle groups, followed by a 20 minute full-body stretch.  I deal for those looking to improve bone density and balance."

Class meets at the Parks & Recreation building, or Jackson's Landing during summer months.

Cost is $50/ 8 sessions OR $10 drop in.
