Soak Up the Rain (SOAK) Great Bay is a voluntary program with the goal of protecting and restoring clean water in the Great Bay estuary. 

Soak Great Bay assist home and property owners with the following:

Determine is a property is creating stormwater runoff that may be impacting Great Bay.

If it is, we will give the owner recommendations for a solution.  In many cases, if the solution fits the size of our projects, we can design the solution, procure the materials and install the solution for the property owner.  We work with the property owner on the design and ask them to contribute 50% of the cost of the materials.
