• Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1630 hours.
  
• If you call us after hours and you need to speak with the on-duty shift captain (i.e., to obtain a burning permit), just press "0" once you enter our voice mail system. You will be connected with the dispatch center, who can connect you with the shift captain.
• You can also leave a voice mail message for any member of the department by following the prompts given in our after hours answering system.
