Chief Landry holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Safety Management and an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.

Chief Landry is a National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer and is a Certified Fire Investigator by the International Association of Arson Investigators. He also is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist from the National Fire Protection Association.
